Reception Genie can operate in two modes it can either act as your main business number answering all calls, or it can handle calls when your phone is busy or unavailable. Reception Genie will answer the call, send you an email summary, alert you to the call and save a transcript.
You can purchase credit packs starting from £1.79 for 1,000 credits, or upgrade to a higher plan. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Credits are used for calls (120/min), SMS (5/msg), and emails (1/msg). Purchased credits expire after one year.
Credits are deducted based on actual usage: 120 credits per minute of call time (rounded up), 5 credits for SMS notification, and 1 credit for email summary. For example, a 1-minute call with email summary uses 121 credits total.
Yes! You can set custom greetings, business information, and configure different messages for business hours vs. after hours. The AI learns your business context to provide relevant responses.
Call summaries are generated and delivered within 1-2 minutes after each call ends. You'll receive them via email (and SMS on Pro/Enterprise plans).
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
